The Streets of Buckhead, Parcel C, has
8 levels of parking with retail and two twin residential towers
stemming from the 8th
floor for an additional 13 stories. The cast in place concrete
structure has multiple designs ranging from class C finishes
to class A architectural finishes. HARCON’S scope includes
all cast in place concrete formwork, vertical concrete placement,
embed placement, and much more.

The University of Mississippi Residential Colleges project is new addition to the Oxford Campus, with a fast-paced schedule and challenging site conditions. Harcon formwork scope includes forming and pouring columns and walls, as well as, forming elevated slabs and beams.

Gainesville State College is a 130,000 square foot, four-story academic facility that includes classrooms, general and computer lab space, offices, student gathering/study space, and general use space. The structure will be the largest single building on the Gainesville Campus. Harcon's scope responsibilities for the concrete frame include forming all columns, walls and elevated slabs, as well as placing of concrete and installation of reinforcing for all columns, walls and elevated slabs.
