 For over 85 years, The Associated General
Contractors of America (AGC) has functioned as an organization
of qualified construction
contractors and industry related companies dedicated to skill,
integrity, and responsibility. More than 35,000 individual members
make up the nationwide network of chapters.
 The Associated Builders and Contractors
of Georgia, Inc. (ABC) is a construction trade association representing
the commercial
and industrial markets with more than 400 member companies. We
equally represent the entire construction team. ABC is committed
to member-to-member networking, education, and training, political
action on our members' behalf and giving back to our community.
 The Construction Financial
Management Association is the only non-profit organization dedicated
to serving the financial professional
in the construction industry. Established in 1981, CFMA now has
over 7,000 members in 84 chapters in major cities across the
US.
 The American Concrete
Institute, reaffirming its core purpose of providing knowledge
and information for the best use of concrete,
has developed a Strategic Plan consistent with a responsible,
proactive role in the industry it serves.
 The Construction Education
Foundation of Georgia is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to
promoting careers in the construction
industry. Established by industry leaders in 1993, CEFGA connects
the construction industry and the education system in Georgia.
 The American Subcontractors
Association is the only voice exclusively for all subcontractors
and suppliers in the construction industry
on issues such as retainage, payment practices and insurance.
 Southern Polytechnic State University
is Georgia’s technology
university. Our academic, professional, outreach and service
programs embrace all aspects of technology, including the practical
applied skills needed to solve today’s real-world problems
and the theoretical knowledge necessary to meet tomorrow’s
challenges. SPSU graduates are well prepared to lead the scientific
and economic development of an increasingly complex state, nation,
and world. |
