Conrac – New Orleans, LA

CONRAC is 700,000 sf parking deck for the rental car facilities at the Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans, LA. Harcon is performing a turnkey concrete scope on this project.  The project is fast tracked, so we are working multiple areas to achieve the target productivities. A panelized garage beam formwork system will help us achieve the quality and schedule.

77 12th Street – Atlanta, GA

12th Street is a 24-story residential mixed use high rise located in Atlanta’s prestigious 14-block. Harcon’s scope includes the forming of a 6 story parking amenity level and residential tower. Harcon will use flying tables to complete the scope of work for the residential slabs.

B.W. Cooper Housing – New Orleans, LA

B.W. Cooper is a mixed income housing project consisting of 112 house slabs ranging from 2,000sf to 3,000sf per slab.  Each slab is on top of a 3 to 6 feet cast-in-place perimeter wall and grade beam.  Harcon’s scope includes a full turn-key concrete package with a fast paced schedule of pouring 4 building house slabs and walls per week.

New City Hall – Sugar Hill, GA

New City Hall is a 15,000sf cast in place parking deck.  The main structure is two elevated slab on metal decks 14,000sf each.  Harcon’s scope is a turn key concrete package.  The parking deck perimeter crash walls require a form liner consisting of a running bond block pattern.  The cast in place entry structure consists of concrete stairs, radius walls and arched beams.
